At Busy Bees, we believe that an ideal learning environment cannot exist without active family involvement. Therefore, the school always proactively builds a strong bridge between parents and teachers through many specific and practical activities.
Daily Communication
The child information is updated daily by the class teachers via school app and during pick-up/drop-off times, helping parents stay informed about their child’s learning, daily routines, and emotions.
Best start in Life App
The school updates photos and important developmental milestones of your child through the Best Start in Life app, allowing parents to follow every moment of their child’s growth each day.
Orientation Day
Meaningful meetings where parents can hear insights from teachers about the curriculum and jointly set goals to support their child’s journey.
Unit Overview sent periodically
Before starting each learning topic, parents will receive the Unit Overview – a document summarizing key content, learning objectives, core skills, and events that the child will experience at school to closely follow their learning journey.
Learning Carnival/ SPARK Showcase
Experiential events to participate in the class with the child, where parents are connected with children and teachers in their child learning journey through explorary activities and and can take pride in their child’s learning achievements.
PTC (Parent–Teacher Conference)
A private appointment between parents and teachers to review the child’s development journey, share perspectives, and align on parenting approaches.
Cultural and Celebration Events
Parents participate in special occasions such as Christmas Celebration, Graduation – Year-end Ceremony … to spread a sense of connection and community pride.
Respectful Communication & Interactions
The relationship between parents and the school is always built on respect, openness, and a shared goal: the happy and holistic development of the child.

Busy Bees educators receive over 40 HOURS OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING in child development, psychology, and advanced teaching methodologies through our international education network.
